Wowweee!
This year was Eli's second fourth of July. Last year he hardly understood what was going on. But this year was just priceless! He ew'd and aw'd and for the first time ever let out a very excited WOWWEEE!! It was just so funny! We didn't do anything fancy, we didn't light the first bbq, but we did have good food. I even took blurry pictures of fireworks because I forgot my stand attachment at the house (ugh) but I'm okay with all of that, because we were all together. It was just nice to spend that time watching fireworks with our families. When I think back on that night I can't help remembering the look on Eli's face and watching the fireworks reflect off of those big blue eyes and his little voice in such an excited tone yell out WOWWEE!

Christmas 2011
Christmas was so fun this year! Eli was so much more into opening presents than I thought he would be. I'm sure next year will be even better! Probably one of the funniest moments was when he pulled all the goodies out of his stocking and then got a very concerned look on his face. As he looked around at all the things and then his little face disappeared into the opening of the stocking as he held it up, were sure he was thinking he would never get it all back in. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

Thankful
I am so Thankful for my wonderful little family! A Happy healthy little boy.
A Husband who works so hard to provide for our family.
A few pictures from the Holiday!
My little munchkin watching the parade.
His 1st official Thanksgiving Dinner
I think he was happy about it.
Pilgrim people, they make me smile.
Thankful that this sweet baby girl is doing so well after her very early arrival.
Thankful that my very first ever Thanksgiving bird came out wonderfully delicious!

Happy 4th!
Our 4th of July was somewhat low key. We did however decide to go out and fight the firework watching crowd. Once we found a spot to park and eat our subs it wasn't so bad. But let me tell you the hour wait to get out of there...not so fun. Eli didn't mind the fireworks at all...he would look at them and smile. But he wasn't overly excited and he wasn't scared. I'm sure next year will be a different reaction from him.
We had lunch at my parents earlier in the day and Eli went swimming. He loves to swim. Loves it. And in this picture he is very very tired..in fact he zonked out not long after.
Somehow I'm thinking that it isn't very patriotic to eat the flag.
The pictures after dark didnt come out so great, but I did at least get a few.
Hope everyone had a safe and Happy Fourth!

Happy Fathers day!
I honestly don't even think there are words for how Thankful I am for you. I feel so blessed that you work as hard as you do for our family and that we share the same wants for Eli and our future children and the chance for me to stay at home would not be possible without you. You are a wonderful Daddy and we are so thankful for everything that you do.
This is where it all began!
I love this picture, you look so proud!
And this is the two of you now!
This Daddy got a very special Fathers Day gift. Eli said Da Da for the very first time a few days before Fathers day. And needless to say, Isaac was thrilled. I don't think that with all the money in the world I could top that gift.
I love my two boys.
Happy Fathers Day!

Mothers Day
Well I guess I was kinda a Mommy last Mothers day...but Eli was still in the Belly... not near as much work while he was in there. :) But I sure love having him here with me. And I have to be honest. It is hard to remember not being a Mommy. He has brought so much joy to my life. I love him more than words and I just don't know what I would do without him. I am so thankful that God has given me this precious opprotunity to be a Mommy. And I also feel so blessed for such a hard working husband, he has been working so hard so that I can be home with Eli. It was always my desire to be a stay at home Mom. And I am so thankful that I have a Husband that shares the same desires and wants as I do for our children. I Love being home and cherish all these first days with Eli.
I got these beautiful flowers were from my Husband and he was so sweet and took me to dinner.
Eli I love being your Mommy. I am so blessed to have such a good baby and such a sweet baby. The day you came into our life I will never forget, you changed our whole world in the best way.
Isaac thank you for everything that you do for us. I am even more blessed to have such a hard working Husband.

Recently
We have had a busy last few weeks. So sorry to those that have been waiting patiently to see pictures of the little guy. I will try to catch you up. Here are just a few pictures....usually I have my phone handy all the time and I take a ton of pictures on my phone, and video for that matter. But for whatever reason my photos and video will not upload to my computer from my phone. I will try to get that fixed and load some of those soon too.
This little outfit almost got thrown in the too small bin. It was tucked away in the 12 mo section in the closet. Good thing I found it because he looks super cute in it.
FYI..gunner isn't much on hats or gloves. I think he was really wishing I would take the hat off Eli.
This is Eli with his Easter Basket. There wasn't much in it just a CD os Silly songs, a pair of swim trunks and a few rattles.
He looks so happy to have gotten it. You would have thought he knew exactly what it was.
This is Eli during what was suppose to be nap time. I came around the corner and to my surprise he was standing in his crib. this little guy was so proud that he figured this out. I shouted ELI...What are you doing...you don't stand in the crib. His response....He laughed histerically.
I really wish I could download the pictures from my phone, because the picture I have on my phone is the first picture I caught of this moment and his face is priceless.
This little jumper my parents got for Eli as an easter gift. He absolutely loves this jumper. Once he figured it out, he just jumps and jumps and jumps.
Since he has had the jumper he now thinks his walker is a jumper and he gets a tad frustrated when his walker won't jump.
And just like that...he was off. Out riding the four-wheeler with Dad. I wasn't so thrilled about this adventure but Dad assured me that Eli really wanted to go and that he needed to spend quality time with him.
I'm pretty sure Eli didn't know what was in store. But he did seem to like it. He wasn't afraid of the noise or anything. He just sat there like a big boy and enjoyed the ride.
Hmmmm...maybe he liked it a little too much.
Im sure there are so many more moments like these in my future. I guess I just have to start bracing myself for them now.
