Wowweee!

This year was Eli's second fourth of July. Last year he hardly understood what was going on. But this year was just priceless! He ew'd and aw'd and for the first time ever let out a very excited WOWWEEE!! It was just so funny! We didn't do anything fancy, we didn't light the first bbq, but we did have good food. I even took blurry pictures of fireworks because I forgot my stand attachment at the house (ugh) but I'm okay with all of that, because we were all together. It was just nice to spend that time watching fireworks with our families. When I think back on that night I can't help remembering the look on Eli's face and watching the fireworks reflect off of those big blue eyes and his little voice in such an excited tone yell out WOWWEE!

Family Togetherness!

Isaac's Mom is a sucker for those "when the family is all together" photos. And for the record, I'm not complaining, because I like photos! A very handsome young man I know, birthday just happens to be in June. We just so happen to be all together for this very special occasion. And I can honestly say I'm not sure when the last time was that everyone was at the same place, same time, for a family photo. But we were all together this day and boy oh boy, did we ever make up for the lack of time between now and the last! :)  I realize now that I didn't get a ton of Eli that day, he was so busy off playing, but Baby G is such a sweet subject!! Enjoy!!

I love it when we're Cruisin together!

I guess you could say this was our first official family vacation with Eli. We had such a great time. It was a little interesting arranging nap time on a cruise ship. After all there is only so much one can occupy their time with in a 300 sq ft  (dark/quiet) room while their toddler is sleeping. But we managed, and fun was had by all :) There are so many pictures that I am going to just get right to those :) Enjoy!

Now that is service, fruit served in a silver dish! Eli was in heaven!

Family Photos

Ugh, with a side of frustration followed by a deep sigh! I honestly need to find a better routine for this whole blogging thing. I try to keep up, I really do, I get posts started just not finished. Geesh, it's starting to sound like my dilemma with my laundry. Anyway on to the reason for this post in the first place, pictures! We had a session left from a package we bought when we had my maternity pictures done. After many scheduling and cancellations we finally got around to having them done. I love how they came out, it was a beautiful day and Eli was so happy! Here are a few I wanted to share. 

Picture Overload.

I'm not even sure how it's possible that so much time has passed since the last post. I'm not going to lie I have just been so busy with photography "stuff". Reading, understanding, soaking in, practicing, reading, researching, editing, practicing and on and on it goes. And busy shooting my very first ever paid session! Woohoo!! I was so excited and more than pleased with the results. It was a blast and I can't wait to do it again!

 And not to mention in between all this time I'm busy chasing my little guy around, he's getting fast. Hopefully I'll be posting about him soon. He has been up to his usual.... growing and just getting too big too fast!
