Just a Hello!

There is no rhyme or reason for this post! Just simply a Hello, Its been a while and a How are you! And sadly another blogging apology. Life has just, no other way to put it, been very hectic. I will spare the details. Please enjoy some photos from my phone and Camera. Thank you for stopping by.

First haircut by Momma!

I wasn't sure if I was really ready to attempt Eli's second haircut. And although he wasn't as still for me as he was for Mr. Don, we made it through the haircut and didn't even have to run out and get it fixed (wink). Probably the most excitement of this little adventure was my Hubby behind the camera trying to get pictures.   But he did a wonderful job! Enjoy!!

Wowweee!

This year was Eli's second fourth of July. Last year he hardly understood what was going on. But this year was just priceless! He ew'd and aw'd and for the first time ever let out a very excited WOWWEEE!! It was just so funny! We didn't do anything fancy, we didn't light the first bbq, but we did have good food. I even took blurry pictures of fireworks because I forgot my stand attachment at the house (ugh) but I'm okay with all of that, because we were all together. It was just nice to spend that time watching fireworks with our families. When I think back on that night I can't help remembering the look on Eli's face and watching the fireworks reflect off of those big blue eyes and his little voice in such an excited tone yell out WOWWEE!
